We only sell products that are in stock; therefore, we ship all orders within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. However, shipping times may vary due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation. If for some reason an item is not available due to miscalculation in inventory, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to provide you the option to receive a refund or credit on the item.

If your order contains a firearm (a stripped lower receiver is a firearm per FFL definition), your delivery time frame may be longer depending on when we receive FFL information from your selected FFL transfer dealer. To speed up this process, you may provide the needed information when placing the order, or have your FFL submit their paperwork via email to sales@rustryoakarmory.com.

Shipping Restrictions

Given the restrictions and complications of the local and state laws, we do not ship firearms, including the stripped lower receivers, and 80% lower receivers to California, New Jersey, New York, or Washington DC. We will cancel your orders automatically if your shipping address is within one of these states/areas. Thank you for your understanding. Returned Items

Returnees are responsible for the return shipping (see Return Policy for more information about the policies and procedures).

Lost Products

We put insurance on all of our shipments. Shoppers are responsible for providing the accurate shipping address. If the order is lost due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for the lost.
